リドリー・スコットの1982年監督作『ブレードランナー』に登場する、タイレル社製ネクサス6型レプリカント（合成人間）慰安モデルのプリスを、リミックス。
彼らが人間であることを証明するかのように握りしめているもの。それは、幼い頃の写真や子供の頃の思い出、つまり「記憶」。
皮肉なことに、その記憶は自分自身のものではなく、誰かの記憶を植え付けられたもの。それでも彼らは、それを自らの人生として信じ、そこに人生観を見出し、自我を保っている。
でも、それは人間も同じではないだろうか？私たちの「自分」を作っているものもまた、記憶なのだ。
記憶こそが、私たちにとって最も大切なものなのかもしれない。ヒトが死ぬとき、持っていけるものは、思い出しかない。

What they cling to, as if to prove they are human, are childhood photos and memories—in other words, “memory.”
Ironically, those memories aren’t their own, but implanted memories belonging to someone else. Still, they believe them to be their own lives, find a sense of life in them, and hold on to their sense of self.
But isn’t that true of humans, too? Isn’t memory what makes us who we are?
Memory may be the most precious thing we have. When we die, the only thing we can take with us is our memories.
