As I said before, I’m not denying the sns itself. It’s a double-edged sword that you could cut yourself. All the uploads I see are so shiny and powerful, it's not something I could take it when I’m down and depressed. And therefore, I take a break from it for weeks, sometimes even months, until I can handle.
