野地一族之三本指 - The Three Fingers of Noji

“野地一族之三本指 - 破滅の果実・絶望という名の花・燃ゆる羞恥” と、三体とも死・破滅・絶望を主題にした、極めてダークな三部作です。

例えば、戦争や災害によって家族を失い、慟哭する人々。あるいは、生きるために病と戦っている人々。そんな極限の苦しみの中でも、ほんのわずかな希望を信じて前に進もうとしている人々に、私は決してこんな作品を向けたいとは思っていません。

そうではない、これは私の憎悪の塊。

都合の悪い現実には目をつぶり、語らず、聞かず、ただ「前向きであること」だけが善とされる空気。臭いものには蓋をし、ネガティヴを逃避し続ける、嘘くさい笑顔ばかりが横行するご時世。

その欺瞞への皮肉と反発を込め、この”三本指”を美しく完成させました。

見たくないものを、見せるために。しかし愛を込めて。

Three dark figures. Each one speaks of death, ruin, and despair. I do not offer these works to those who suffer truly:
Those who have lost their loved ones to war or disaster. Those who fight for their lives against devastating illness. Those who, even in pain, still hold on to hope and try to move forward.

No―this is something else.
This is my anger made solid. I made it for a world that covers its eyes, stays silent, and fake smiles like everything is fine.
A world that fears sadness, avoids truth, and praises only “positive thinking.”

In response, I shaped these “Three Fingers” with beauty, but also with irony and venom.

To show what people don’t want to see. But with love.
