Home Etching; Humbucker Pickup covers

I bought a cheap Squier Mustang this winter, and have been customizing since then, just finished etching the Humbucker pickup covers.
I took a sandpaper and did some aging around the corners, sticked the design, and soaked it in to a ferric chloride pool for few minutes.
I thought to paint the etched area, but I realized the copper material has been changing colors just from few days, I thought to leave it and enjoy the change over the coming years.
Next is the tuning keys replacement, still waiting for the arrival.
