Kustom Speedo

Since it's a Japanese motorcycle, I wanted a Japanese image somewhere. And thought of making a kustom speedo that looks like it came from a 1940's Zero Fighter plane cockpit. All numbers and neutral sig in Japanese Kanji, it gives a nice classic looking effect.
The meter needle was broken I replaced it with a small dagger. Actually I wanted a Japanese Katana sword instead, but the katana was way too heavy the meter didn't run, I gave up with that idea.
The white Kanji on the bottom on the last end of the red-zone, "死"(shi) which means "death". When the dagger points there, you die. This is to remind me.
Yep, the mosquito coil. My all-time favorite design.
